What This Is
DoomClimb is an iOS app for generating and tracking climbs on a Kilter Board. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Cost
Pricing is to be determined at launch. If the app is offered free of charge in your region, that may change in future versions; existing installs will not be retroactively charged.
On-Device Only
DoomClimb runs entirely on your device. There is no cloud account, no remote backup, and no server-side processing. If you delete the app or your device, your in-app data is gone.
Bluetooth & Hardware
DoomClimb communicates with Kilter Boards over Bluetooth. The app does not control or warrant the operation of the physical board, its LEDs, or its hardware. Use the board safely and at your own risk.
No Warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Generated routes are suggestions, not certified climbs. You are responsible for assessing whether a climb is safe to attempt and for warming up appropriately.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Climb at your own risk.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version will always be available at this URL and within the app's about screen.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's home jurisdiction. Specific jurisdiction will be confirmed before launch.
